FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 17th day of July, 1979 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject :natter of.this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between THOMAS DRISCOLL, JR. and

~ JACQUELYN S. DRISCOLL be and the same is hereby dissolved,•and the
~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

arising therefrom.
2., The Stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby in-
corporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
with the provisions thereof.
3. JACQUELYN S. DRISCOLL be and she is hereby authorized
~ to assiune her maiden name of JACQUELYN S. BALDWIN.

4. The Court determines the sum of $4Q0 to be reasonable
for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and THOMAS DRISCOLL, JR.
