' St IUCtE CQUy1Y.FLA. ~ ROGER P~~TRAS CLERK CiRCUtT~ ~T~ _ Q~ /f R.,.~r-- FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the 17th day of July A.D., 1979, and the Gourt, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the pa~ties and the subject matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and the Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner, 0. E. COMBS, and the Respondent, BELVA PORTYS COMBS, be and the same is ~hereby dissolved, and the parties ~nd each of them are forever freed ~ ~ t from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ 2. AGREEMENT. The premarital property settlement agreement , ` executed by the parties on the 31st day of Niay, 1974, was freely entered ~ ~ into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances ~ that appear from the ev-idence to be for the best interest of the parties; ~ and in its entirety, the Agreement is incorporated by reference into this - Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with a11 terms of the Agreement. ~ ~ .3. JURZSDICTION.
