PACE, Husband = / This cause came on for trial the day of July, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdi_ction of the parties and sub- _ ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now : exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties ~ is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ~ F ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ; i l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between LINDA L. PACE { ~ and MICHAEL J. PACE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the } E ~ parties-and each of tbem are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of HOLLY MICHELE PACE, age six years, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA L. PACE, with ~ I ~ . ~ ~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to MICHAEL J. PAC ? ; ~ 3. SUPPORT: Codnmencing the ~ day of , 1979, MICHAEL j ~ n ~ : ~ J. PACE shall pay to LINDA Ir. PACE, the sum of $100.00 per month, for ~ ; ~ ~ the support of the minor child named above. ~ ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him x remitted promptly to LINDA L. PACE. In addition there is hereby assess- ; ~ r ed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment _ ~ made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or ~ ~ ~ cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk ~ of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addressses at all ~ ~ , ~ times while this Order is in effect. - ~ ; ~ 4.
