is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered

5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained frc~m interfering with, harassing or annoyinq, the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS: Each party shall pay their own attorneys' ~
fees and costs arising out of the dissolution of marriage proceeding, ,
in~accordance to the Stipulation and Agreement of the parties herein
and admitted into evidence.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties .
