THIS INDENTURE~ executed the 16th day of July ,
1979. between WILLIAM H. HILSON, Persona2 Representative of the Estate
of RUTH C. HILSON, deceased, party of the first part; and WILLIAM H.
HILSON, individually, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 2161,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second part; - ,q
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant Co the
terms and conditions contained in the Last Wi11 and Testament of the
decedent, grants, bargains, aliens, remises, releases~ conveys and
confirms to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
West 112 feet of East 137 feet of South 135 feet
of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 18, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredi~aments

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,

his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
