RE: PARCEL 105
This cause came on to be heard upon Motion for Withdrawal
of Deposit Paid into the Registry of the Court filed by the
defendants L. K. Mock, Jr. and Dorothy A. Mock, his wife, owners
of Parcel No. 105, and the Court having considered said motion
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Clerk of this Court be, and
. he is hereby directed to pay forthwith the following sum as
indicated: ~
TO: L. K. MOCK, JR. and DOROTHY A. MOCK $ 16,150.00

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said sum is on account of the
~ full compensation to be awarded in this proceeding, without pre-

judice to the rights of these defendants insofar,as the ultimate
award for the taking of their property is concerned.
