This cause having been presented to the Court on Defen-
dant IDEAL HOLDING COMPANY'S Motion to Disburse Deposit in
the amount of $10,910.00 as to Parcel 102 and in the amount
of $855.00 as to Parcel 722, to the defendant IDEAL HOLDING
COMPANY, owner of said parcels, and it appearing to the Court
that such disbursements are proper, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED ANU ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the
' funds deposited by the Plaintiff, with respect to Parcel No.

~ 102 the sum of $10,910.00 and with respect to Parcel No. 722 ~
