Notxithstanding the below stated right of prepayment, this promiaso

In the event any amounh currentty due and/or past due under the tem?s of this note are not paid
by the 25thiay of the month, a late penaly of 5.096 of the combined amounts currently due and/or
! paat due, will be added to and ooilected with whatever amounts are due for the monlfi in question. If
currenfly due and/or past due pnyments or parts thereof under the terms of this note ~remain unpaid
i at the end of any month, then said unpaid amount will be carried forward and edded to the amounts ,
~ ooming due under the terms of this note for subsequent months for the purpose of calculating subsequent i
i late penalties. Amounts due under the terms of thls note are understood to be bvt not timited to.

~ Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid bal- ±
ence of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the .
option of the halder, and without any oth~r notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at -
onte. Privilege is given to pay fwo or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall
not extend the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbeara~ce, nor acceptanoe by
the holder hereaf aher any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. ;
Each maker, surety and endorsar hereof, joinNy and severally, waives demand, presentment,
protest and notice of protest for nonpayment, and further agrees b any extension of time of payment,
~ eithet before or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of oollection, including a
~ reasonable attorney's fee in tfie event of any defavlt hereunder.
