Property. includina those~ast due. All rents collocted by the rocei~er shall be applied first to payment of the coats of

only for thoae rents actualty roceived. ,
2l. I~t~re Aira~ceis. Upon request by Borrowe~. Lender. at Lender's option within twcnty yeus Erom the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Adva~ces to Borrower. Such Future Adva~ces, with interest thereon. shalt be secured by this
Mortgage when evideacod by pranissory notes stating that said notes arc securod hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodness secure~ by this Mongage. not including sums advanced in aocordanoe herewith to pmtect the
security of thia Mongage, exc~ed the original amount of the Note plus USS.
Zt Rdea~e. UpQa payment of all snms securod by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge
to Botmwe~. Bornower shall pay all coats of recordation, if any.
23. Atto~ep's Fees. As used in this Mongage and in the Note, "~ttorney's foa" shall include attorney's fecs. if aay,
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
