QUIT CLAIM DEED
CENTER WhST ASSOCIATES is a Florida General Partnership comprised
of the followinq General Partners:
HEADWAY FLORIDA, INC., a Florida corporation,
3135 SOUTB U.S. NO. l, INC., a Florida corporation,
PETER C. SMITH, individually,
AVIS M. SMITH, individually
This Quit Claim Deed is in the nature of a corrective deed
in that CENTER WEST ASSOCIATES, a joint venture under.the laws of
the Province of Ontario, Canada, never became a legal entity and
the Grantors herein, as tenants in common, desire to.convey their
respective interests in the subject property to the above named
Florida General Partnership, as Grantee.
