Each party may designate a change of address by notice to the
other party, • given at least f if teerr (15 ) days before such
change of address is to becom~ ef fect ive .
16. If any term, covenant or condition of this
Assignment shall be held to be invalid, illegal or
unenforceable in any respect, this Assignment shall be
construed without such provision.
17. This Assignment shall be governed by and
construed under the laws of the State of Florida.
