Each party may designate a change of address by notice to the
other party, given at least fifteen (15) days before such
change of address is to become effective.
- 16. If any term, covenant or condition of this
Assignment shall be held to be invalid, illegal or ~
unenforceable in any respect, this Assignment shall be
construed without such provision.
17. This Assignment shall be governed by and
construed under the laws of .the State of Florida.
