This cause coming on upon Motion of the parties moving for a
date certain to be added in the Court's Order dated February 27, 1979,
and the Court having reviewed the file and heard counsel and it appearing
that no date was set for the sale herein ordered and the Court being
fully advised it is thereupon,
ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Motion for Enforcement and the Petition for Appointment
of a Commissioner and for Sale of Real Property Consistent therewith, be
and the same is hereby granted. ~
