BRENDA K. MYRICK, Wife.
AMENDED ORDER
This cause came on before the Court on the 23rd day of
May, 1979, and the Court having considered the testimony, the
argument of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that temporary custiody of SHEILA SUE
MYRICK, a minor child, is hereby awarded to Respondent, JAMES M.
MYRICK, until further order of this Court; it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that a final hearing for determination
of. custody is to be held on September 12, 1979 at 9:30 A.M. at
~ the St. Lucie County Courthouse; it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that neither the Petitioners, GARY E.
i THARP or PATRICIA SUE THARP, or Respondent. JAMES M. MYRICK,
~
~ may remove the minor child from the jurisdiction of the State
f
~ of Florida, but that JAMES M. MYRICK, by this Order, does have
leave of Court to take the minor child, SHEILA SUE MYRIC~:, to
Kentucky from August 3, 1979 through August 16, 1979; it is
further -
~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Petitioners, GARY E. THARP
~ and PATRICIA SUE THARP, shall have the reasonable right to
~
~
~ visitation as follows: From 5:00 P.M. on July 27, 1979 to 5:00
~
~
~ P.M. July 29, 1979 and from I2:00 noon AuRust 25, 1979 to 5:00
~
~ P.M. August 26, 1979, provided that nothing contained herein
~
~ shall conflict with the Respondent's right to take the minor
~ child to Kentucky as set forth above; it is further
