This cause came on for trial the 18th day of July, 1979 and
the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and deternaines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of thfs suit; that the relation of husband and wife
riaw exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
' above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existinq betaeet? them and from the obligations
I arisinq therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: The property settlement aqreement admitted
~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provis3oes thereof.
3. JURISDZCT20N: Jurisdiction of this cause; and the.parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
~ proper.
