is parallel to the eouthern Doundary of tlie Humphrey property nnd
situate 150 feet southerly thereof, all as more particularly set
forth in that certain drawinq prepared by GDC, dated March 21, 1978,
a copy of whicb draMing has previously been delivered to Humphrey
and the office ot"the Development Coordinator for St. Lucie County,
Florida.
NOW, TREREFORE. in consideration of the premises and the
mutual covenants hereinafter stated, the parties hereto agree as
follows:
1. ABANDON EX2STING RIGAT-OF-WAY FOR WALTON ROAD. GDC
shall not seek~aband nment of the existing riqht-of-way for Walton
Road until such time as it has constructed a new roadway for Walton
Road as shown on'-'the drawinq referred to in the prersises in accordance
with the requirements and specifications of St. Lucie Co•anty, Florida."
Provided GDC i8 not in default under this AgirQement, Aumphrey shall
not op~~ose nor induce anyone else to oppose the abandonment of the
existing right-of-way of Walton Road. ~
~ 2. QUIT CLAIM BY HUMPIiREY OF INTER~ST IN ASA?ZDONED RIGH2-OF-WAY.

~ Pr i GDC is not in default under this Agreement, sirnultaneously

wi h~a~andonment of the existing right-of-way for Walton Road and
execution and delivery of the aftermentioned 60 foot easement to
Aumuhrey, Asuophrey ehall execute and deliver an appropriate Quit-
~ Claim Deed in recordable fo*_~m to GDC of all ot Humphrey's right,
~ title and interest in and to the abandoned right-of-way for Walton
~ Road.

~ 3. GRANT OF 60 FOOT EASJMENT. Simultaneoualy w th~abandonment
