finda and determinea: This Court has jurisdictfon of the parties
and subject matter of this auit= that the relation of husband and

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORpERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~wss
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between LINDA L.
McRINNEY and JAMES J. McRINNEY be and the same is hereby diasolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~ the obliqations arisfnq therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER Mc1CINNSY, minor child

~ of the pazties, is hereby awarded to LINDA L. McRINNEY, with

reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to JAMES J. McRINNEY.
3. SOPPORT. Commencing the 20th day of July, 1979, J~_S J.

McRINNEY shall pay to LINDA L. McRINNEY the sum of $#A~C9~each and
~ every week for the support of the minor child named above. ~
Each payraent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
k and by him remitted promptly to LINDA L. Mc1CINNEY. In addition

` there is hereby assessed the sum of 52.00 as statutory costs to

~ be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be

; made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Soth of the parties

~ 4. HEALTH GARE. JAMES J. McRINNEY shall be responsible

y for all medical and health care of the minor child of the partiea.
