THIS CAUSE was heard an the 17th day of f July , 1979, upon the
Motio~ and Affidavit Por Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitio~er. and
cl~e Petitioner beinfi present in open Courr in persun and represer.ted by counsel,
and the Rc•snondent having appeare~ in persun in'open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the-Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being futly advised in the premises. it ia therefore
ADJUDGED that LEAMON MOODY , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter refrrred to and is nov adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for tiis willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entere~ herein. It is
ORDERED Ati'D ADJUDCED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
se~iteizced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County 1si1, Fort Pierce, Florida.
