Mo~ion and Affidavit f~r Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitionet, and
che Petitioner beinR present in open Court in person and repteaented by counsel,
and ihe Respondent having appeared in pers~n in open Court and not having
bee~ represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the teatimony of
the parties and being futly advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that ~OLD KNOWLES , the Respondent. had the
financial ability to pay the sums fiereinafter referred to and is no~r adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for tiis ~rillful failure to pay support payments
as directed bv order duly entered herein. It is
~ ORDERED A:V'D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce. Florida,
