TNIS CAUSE vas heard on the 17th day of ~ July , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner. and
the Petitioner beinA present in open Court in perROn and represented by counsel.
and the Respondent _ not having appeared in persun in open Court and not having
bcen represented by an attorney, and the Court l~aving heard all of the teatimony of
the parties and beir~ Eutly advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that LAWRENCE KING , the Respondent, had the
financial ability ta pay the sums hereinafter refe:rred to and is now ad~udged guilty
of villful contempt of this Court for his Wiilful failure to pay support payments
as direeted by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED Ati~ ADJIJDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
cocr.mencing on SEPTEMBER 17 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be faund.
; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or af.ter

~ incarceration) and be relessed by paying the eum of $ 188.00 ~ plus $2.00

~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to thQ Clerk of Circuit
