THIS CAUSE was heard on the 17th day of July , 1979. upon the
Motion and Affiaavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and repreeented by counsel,
and the Respondent not t~avinR appeared in person in open Court and not havittg
been represented by nn attorney, and the Court liaving heard all of the teatimony of
the part;es and beinfi fully advised in the premises, it is thetefore
ADJUDCID that AENRY A_ SPEARS , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to.pay the sums hereinafter ref~rred to and is now adjud~ed guilty
of willful contempt of this Court Eor l~is willful failure to pay support paymer:Cs
