TNIS CAUSE waa heard on the 17th day of July , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitionar~ a~d
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel~
and the Respondent not having appeared in person in open Court and not having -
been represented by an attorney, and the Court havi~g heard all of the teatinwny of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that s'rAtJr.t?Y RANNFR~ SR. , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to ~ay the sums hereinafter refcrred to and is now adjudged guilty
of villful contempt of this Court for t~is willful failure to pay aupport payments
as directed by order duly entered herein.. It is
ORDERED A~,'D ADJUDCED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
se~itenced to serv~ 3U days in [he St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
, co~nnencing on SEPTFI~~BER 17 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
