THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on July 17, 1979, on the i
Rule to Show Cause why the natural mother of the child herein, LUCIPIDA '
CRENSHA{~1, should not stand in contempt of Court for failure to comply with ;
the reasonable rights of visitation as ordered by this Court on November 7, ~
1978, and the parties hereto having appeared in proper person and the Court `
having heard testimony and argument, and being fully and well adviaed.in the
premises, it is upon consideration
ADJUDGED that LUCIPIDA CRENSHAW is now adjudged guilty of willful '
contempt of this Court for her failure to comply ~,rith visitation rights as ~
i
directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDG~ that the natural mother, LUCINDA CRENSHAW,
shall allow the natural father, STANLEY KERR, to visit with the child,
CORVIN SAN ANTONIO KERR, d.o.b. 6/26/75, two (2) weekends per month co~encing
' i~ediately. The father STANLEY KERR shall give reasonable notice to the
mother of his intention to visit with the child. Upon the failure of the
mother to comply w3th this order it is
p ORDERID AND ADJUDGE'~ that as punishment for contempt she is hereby
i sentenced to serve 20 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
