at~d the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and aot having E
been represented by un attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of ~
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore .
ADJUDGID that SAMNIY LEE DIXON , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now ad~udged guilty
af villful contempt of this Court for t~is wiltful failure to pay support paymenta
as directed by order ciuly_entered herein. It is
ORDEREU A;~'D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby ~
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pietce, Florida,
comr.~encing on SEPTEMBER 17 , I979, or as soon thereafter as he can be fouixi.
