TNIS CAUSE was heard on the 17th day of July , 1979, upon the
Notion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent not having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testiaoony of ;
the parties and being fully advised in the premisea, it is therefore 4
ORDERED AND ADJUDG~ that the child support payment of $150.00 per month be a it* ~
ADJUDG~ thst RONNIE DllNCAN , the Resgondent, ha~ the ~
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is nov adjudged guilty ~

of willful contempt of this Court for his irillful failure to pay support payments .
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERID AND ADNDGED that as punist~nent for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
co~aencing on OCTOBER 29 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

~ incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of S 600.00 , plus $2.00 ~
