~ TNZS CAUSE ~ras heard on the l7th day of July , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement.previously fi2ed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court andaoodchaving
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGID that LENROY HAYES , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pa_v the sums hereinafter teferred to and is nov ad~udged guilty
of willful contempt of this Gourt for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERID APID_ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
co~nencing on OC~OBER 17 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or afier

~ incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 348.00 , plus $2.00
i statutory fee (arrears and costs) due se of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
i ' Court of this County, together vith costs of this arrest. You and your duly
~ suthorized deputies are therefore

date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described jud~nent and
