THIS CAUSE vas heard on the 17th day of July , 1979, upoa tbe
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously Eiled herein by the Peti[ioner, aad
tt~e Petitioner being present in open Court in person and reptesented by counsel,
and the Respondent not having appeared in person ip open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court I~aving i~eard all of the testimony of ~
the parties and beir.g futly advised in the premises, it ig therefore
- e1DJUDGID that CHARLES BURTON CALHOUN , the Respondent, had the
flnancial ability [o pa} the sums hereinafter referred to and is nov ed~udged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for t?is willful failure to pay aupport payments
as dire.~ted by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED Ati'U ADJIJDCED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. L~icie Co~inty Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
