~ THIS CAUSE vas heard an the 17th day of July , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioaer, and
ttie Petitioner beinR present in open Court in person and repreaented by counsel,
and ihe Respondent not having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties ancl being futly advised in the premises, it is therefore _
ADJUDGED that MICNAEL VINCENT COLLINS , the Respondent, had the
tinancial ability ~o l~ay the sums hereinafter. ref~~rred to and is nov adjudged guilty
of villful contempt of this Court for tiis villful failure to pay support payments
as dire~=ted by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED A(vU ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he ia hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
com~encing on SEPTF.MBER 17 , 19?9~ or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
