Motion arid Affidavit~tor Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
ct~e Petitioner being present in open Court in per~on and repreaented by counsel, -
and ihe Respondent N~ having appc,ared in persun in open~Court and aot having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court I~aving heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being futly advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that `+1ILLIE CHARLES BROWN , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to uay the sums hereinafter refcrred to and is noW ad~udged guilty
of willful~contempt of this Court for his Willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is

sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
