2. Elmer T. Koepsell, while a resident of Milwaukee

County, Wisconsin, died March l, 1978 leavinq a Last Will and
Testament dated July 24, 1973, which will was duly~proved and
- admitted to probate'and record in the Circuit Court of Milwaukee ~
County, Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Court of Probate Jurisdiction,
on October 18, 1978.
2. Said Will complies with the laws of Florida as to form
and nanner of execution, and devises property within 5+s. Lucie
County, Florida, in which the decedent had an interest.
` 3. Certified copies of Petition for Probate, Order of

Probate, Last Will and Testament and Domiciliary Letters are

~ tendered herewith.
4. There has been no probate of the above Will in the

State of Florida.
