This cause coming on this day to be heard upon Petition of
Emil J. Koepsell and Anne Ada deMare; and it appearing from said
Petition and the pleadings attached that Elmer T. Koepsell a
resident of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, died March 1, 1978; that
he left a Last Will and Testament dated July 24, 1973; that said
decedent died possessed of interest in real estate in St. Lucie
County, Florida;
And it further appearing that said Last Will and Testament
was duly proved and admitted to probate and record in the Circuit
~ Court of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, a court of probate•juris- •

~ diction on October.l8, 1978; that certified copies of said Last
f~
! Will and Testament, Petition for Probate of Will, Order of Proba te
~
~ and Domiciliary Letters have been presented to this court; and it
~ further appearing that said Last Will and Testament complies with
the laws of Florida as to form and manner of execution; and the
court being fully advised in the premises;
