The undersigned Petitioners allege: ~
l. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
the sole beneficiaries under the decedent's will. ~Their names ~
and addresses are as set forth in paraqraph three and the name
~and address of their attorney are as set forth at the end of this
petition. -
2. Decedent, LEONA C. WROBELL, whose last known address ~
was 1208 Bern Drive, Havre de Grace, MD, died on October 3, 1978,
at Havre de Grace, MD, a~d at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in Harford County, M D.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent, and
the ages of any who are minors are:
