6. The value of the entire estate aubject to administration
in this State, plus the value of property exempt from the claims
of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00. '
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent•, includinq
exempt property, be distributed to BARBARA L8E WROBELL and ELINORE
W. TYKSON, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent oth~r than as set forth in paragraph eleven. A certi-
fied copy of decedent's last will, dated February 24, 1977,
accompanies this petition. -
10. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required r
by Chapter 33, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that the
decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an Order of Summary
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in
the estate in accord~nce with the schedule set forth in paragraph ~
nine of this Petition.
