copy of the Last Will and Testament of LEONA C. WROBELL, Deceased,
having been duly admitted to probate and record in the Orphan~'
Court, of Harford County, a Court of pmbate jurisdiction; and the ~
Court finding that the Will of the decedent complies with the laws
o~ Florida as to form and execution, and that it devises real pro-
perty located in this County, owned by the decedent at the time of
his death; said property described as

Block 33, Sunland Gardens Subdivision as
per plat book 9 page 54 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
