v 1. The decedent, Percy M. Oliver, a resident of St.~ Lucie
County, Florida, died on November 16, 1978 and Letters of Adminis-

2. Petitioners filed herewith waivers signed by all
interested persons waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate liy
; making payment of all debts that were presented and by making
~ provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
