The pefiitioner, SUN BANK OF ST..LUCIE COUNTY, alleges: .
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as ~
appointed personal representative in the Last Will and Testament .
of the decedent. Petitioner's name and address ar~e SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 700 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450
and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, ESTHER MOTES TAYLOR, whose last known address
was 203 South 24fh Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, died on
June 10, 1979 at Morehead City, North Carolina, and at the time `
of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
~ this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and

` the ages of any who are minors, are: SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COU~TTY,

€ as Trustee under that certain trust agreement, dated~April 11, 1978.

t 4. Venue of~~this proceeding is in this county because decedent ~

died owning property in St. Lucie County and it was her resident

~ 5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose address is 700 Virginia

Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450 is entitled to preference in appoint- ~

k ment as personal representative because it was appointed personal ~
