I, ESTHER I~TES TAYLOR, a resident of Fort Pierce, Florida,
being of sound and diaposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Wi11 and Testament, hereby rev~oking and
annulling any and all former wills and codicils by me heretofore
made .

I.
I order and direct my personal representative hereinafter named
to pay alI my legal obligations and funeral expenses as soon after
my death as is practicable.
II.
I direct my personal representative to pay upon my decease any ~
~ and all taxes which may then be due and owing or which may be sub-
_ sequently levied, whether inheritance taxes or otherwise, and no
part of my tax shall be apportioned or prorated.

I
~ - I desire a Christian buri.al to take place at the Harlowe
~ ~ United Methodist Church Cemetery, Harlowe, North Carolina, along-
~
~ side my late husband, CLYDE S. TAYLOR.

All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of which
I may die seized or possessed, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever
situate or found, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the SUN
BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Trustee, and any successor Trustees

~ under that certain Trust Agreement dated the llth day of April ,
~ •
~ 1978, of which I am the Settlor, IN TRUST, the same to be a part ~
~
~ of and to be distributed under the terms and conditions of said
~ Trust Agreement. By this devise and bequest I do not incorporate

~ by reference the provisions of said Trust Agreement, but enlarge
