the•Trust created by such Trust Agreement (which Trust has inde-
pendent significance) so that the property so devised and bequeathed
to said Trustee be blended with and thereafter be administered and
accounted for in all respects as an integral part of said Insurance
Trust as so enlarged, and accordingly the receipt of said Trustee
for the property passing to it bq this Will shall be a complete dis-
charge and acquittance to my personal representative.

I hereby nominate and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
as personal representative of this mp Last Will and Testament to
serve without bond, and I hereby give to it as such personal repre-~
sentative all powers, including withgut limiting the other powers,
full power and authority at any time or times to se11 or otherwise
deal with or dispose of the property comprising my Estate not here-
in specifically bequeathed upon such terms as they shall deem best.
