. MOTION FOR CONT~NUANCE
The Husband, DENNIS A. BLANDFORD,~through his undersigned
counsel, moves this Court for a continuance and as grounds therefor,
alleges: -
,
1. That Husband's counsel, GERALD S. JAMES, was scheduled
to be No. 2 on trial docket of the Hon. Philip G. Nourse and so ad-
vised this Court on or about July 9, 1979, by letter, copy of said
letter attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".
3. That since that'time, Judge Philip C. Nourse has sched-
uled said case as No. 1 on the docket, commencing at 9:30 A.M. on
July 18, 1979.
3. That said case is a complicated case involving approxi-
mately seven (7) attorneys and it is estimated that said trial will
take approximately one (1) week to try.

~ . 4. That the Husband refuses to change attorneys at t'?is
~ time and, therefore, Attorney Michael P. Lesniak will be unable to

handle the case for the Husband. ~
5. That the W~.fe's attorney, Elsie M. O'Laughlin, being
fully apprised of the circumstances, refuses to consent to a continu-
ance. -
. WHEREFORE, the above considered, it is res ectfully requested
that this case be continued to the next trial docket of said_Court.
