ARCHITECTURAL CCMMITTEE: The words "Architectural Com- mittee" shall mean and refer to the committee of three (3) natu- ral persons designated and appointed to act and serve from time to time in the manner prescribed and with the powers and duties reserved 2zerein and under the Bylaws of the Association, and who may designate a representative of the Committee or Association to act for it from time to time. 8.
