hedges in excess of three (3) feet in height shall be constructed
on any Lot until the height, type, design and approximate location
of same have been approved in writing by the Architectural Comanit-
tee.
10. TAXES AND GOVERNMENT LIMITATIONS: Any conveyance of any
lot in Beau Rivage Estates shall be made subject to taxes and
other assessments, if any, levied or assessed against such Lot in
the year in which it is conveyed and shall also be subject to all
restrictions and limitations imposed by any governmental authority
and thi~ Declaration.
11. WATER: In the event any governmental authority should
require water i~stallation and/or sanitary sewers and appurtenances
in part or all of Beau Rivage Estates, each Owner shall pay his or
her proportionate share of cost of same if assessed by such govern-
` mental authority.

4 12. TF3~PORARY STRUCTURES: No structure of a temporary charac-

~ sheds, unattached garages, barns, accessory or temgorary buildings,

~ 13. RENTALS: An Owner may rent his or her dwelling upon the

~ condition that such Owner remain responsible to cause himself and

~ his tenant ta maintain and abide by all covenants and rest~ictions

~ set ~orth herein. Any violations of this Declaration shall be

corrected by an Owner within thirty (30) days after notification
~
by the Association, prior to the Association or any other Owner
taking remedial action for the violation of this Declaration pur-

y suant to the terms and privisions set forth otherwise herein.
