EXTENSION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made the / 9 day of July, 1979 ,between
the StJN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Flor da Banking Corporation,
party of the first part, and_ R, Keith Burd II and Nancy S. sura, his wife
Parties of the second part; -
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated October ~9~7 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred
and No/100 -----($11,700.00)
the f irst payment coming due January 7. 1978

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the par.ty of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
~ followinq described premises, to-wit: .
THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE FOLLOWING; Beginning 289 feet South of the NE Corner ,
of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 af the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township South,
Range 39 East, thence run Westerly 30 feet to the West boundary of Jenkins Road '
for the point of beginning; thence South 89° 29' West 210.48 feet to a point;
thence Southerly and parallel with the East line of said Section•12 a distance of
176.82 feet to a point; thence Easterly and parallel with the north line of~the
tract herein described a distance of 210.39 feet to a point; thence Northerly
parallel with the East line of said Sec~ion 12 a distance~of 176.82 feet to the
point of Beginning; the same being the East half of Lot I of an wiYecorded plat
of Henning Subdivision. LESS the East 10 feet thereof for ~enkins Road right
of way.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements and rights of way of record; ~
and subject to an outstanding first mortgage from the grantee herein to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated February 15, 1977,
; . recorded in O. R. Book 264, page 2787 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, in the original principal sum of $3U,000.00.
; Mortgage dated October 7, 1977, recorded on October 11, 1977 in Officia~l Record
~ Book 275, page 1874; as extended by Extension Agreement dated July 10, 1978,

~ extended by Extension Figreement dated January 25, 1979 and recorded ?ebruary 21,
1979, in Official Record Rook 303, page 2145, all recorded in the Public Records
