the case of non-fulfillment of this agreement.
AND tlie parties of the second ~:art hereby covenant that they will pay the
payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the time specified;
that they will perform and observe all the covenants, agreements, stipulations
and conditions oii the part of the mortgagor in said mortgage contained in all ~
respects.
