EXTENSION AGREEMENT
~
THIS AGREEMENT, made the day of July, 1979 , between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida Banking
Corporation,
party of the first part, and R. Keith Burd, ii and Nancy S. Burd, his wife
Parties of the second part; -
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated January 25, 1979 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE.COUNTY, party
of the firs~ part, on order the sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventeen and 57/100 ($3,917.57)
the f irst payment coming due Ju~y 7, 1979
Interest at 10$
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit: ~
THE EAST ONE-HAI;F OF THE FOLLOWING: Beginning 289 feet South of the NE
corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, thence run Westerly 30 feet to the West boundary of •
Jenkins Road for the point of beginning; thence South 89° 29' West 210.48
. feet to a point; thence Southerly and parallel with the East line of said
Section 12 a distance of 176.82 feet to a point; thence Easterly and parallel
' with th~ North line of the tract herein described a distance of 210.39 feet to
a point; thence Northerly parallel with the East line of said Section 12 a
distance of 176.82 feet to the point of beginning; the same being the East
half of Lot 1 of an unrecorded plat of Henning Subdivision. LESS the East
I 10 feet thereof for Jenkins Road right of way.

` Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated February 15, 1977,
! recorded in O. R. Book 264, page 2787 of the public records of St. Lucie

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
" note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign

balance of S3,9oo.0o due on said note be,
y and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner: '
