Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared RICNARD D. WILLIAMS, who first being duly sworn,
depose and say:
1. That Affiant is the owner of the following
described property:
From the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 6, T4wnship 35 SouCh, Range 40 East, run North
along the center of North 41st Street, 298.51 feet; thence on an
angle of 90 degrees,22 min, 30 sec., turned from South to West, run
West 493 feet; thence on an angle of 89 deg., 33 min., 30 sec.,
turned from East to South, run 139.54 feet for point of beginning;
from point of beginning cbntinve South 69.78 feet; thence West
134 feet; thence 14orth 68.78 feet; thence East 134 feet to the
point of beginning. TOGETHER with rights of ingress and egress
over the following tract (lying West of and adjoining ebove parcel)
From the Southeast ~:;rner of Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run North along
the center line of North 41st Street 298.51 feet; thence on an
angle of 90 Deg., 22 min., 30 sec., turned from South to WeQt, run
West 602 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue westward
SO feet; thence on an angle of 89 deg., 33 min., 30 sec., turned
from East to South 275.10 feet to the North line of Avenue "Q";
thence Easterly along the North line of Avenue "Q" 50 feet on an
angle of 87 deg., 44 min., turned from West to North 275.10 feet
to the point of beginning; said land situate, lying and being in
