CASE NO. 79-527 FR IN RE : The t4arriage of RONNIE ROBINSON, Husband, . and LOUISE CRATIC ROBINSQN, Wife. / FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 17th day of July, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife nocv exists between the petitioner and the respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupn I~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGTED as follows: i i l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the I E petitioner, RONNIE ROBINSON, hereinafter the husband, and the ~ ~ ~ respondent, LOUISE CRATIC ROBINSON, hereinafter the wife, be and E the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are 3 8 ~ forever free from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ 2. CUSTODY. The care, custody and control of the minor child ~ of the parties, ROBBIE EUGENE ROBINSON, age 7, is granted to the e ~ ~ petitioner, RONNIE ROBINSON, subject to reasonable rights of ~ ~ visitation in favor ~f the respondent, LOUISE CRATIC ROBINSON. v; = 3. PROPERTY. The Court finds that the parties own no real ~ property and own no joint personal property.
