This cause came on for trial the 18th day of July,
19 ?9, and the Court having given fu21 consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGEL~ as follows:

; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the

~ above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed-from the bonds

; of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

` obligations arising therefrom.

~ minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
~ PATRICIA P. RICE with reasonable visitation
~ rights reserved to Kenneth D. Rice.

1979 , RENNETH D. RICE shall pay- to
PATRICIA P. RICE the sum of $40.00 wk~or the support of
