FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 19th day of July, 1979,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the
relationship of husband and wife now exists between the petitioner
and respondent, and their marriage is irretrievably broken, it is
thereupon
ORDERED ti1VD ADJUDGED as follows: -
~ '1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the petitioner,

i iVALLACE L. McLENDON, and the respondent, .7UDITH BARNETT McLENDON,
i
' be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
i
; are forever free from the obligations arising therefrom.

§ 2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement agreement.

dated June 11, 1979, and filed herein was freely entered into by the

~ parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances that
~
~
_ appear from the evidence to be for the best interest of the parties;
~
s and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated by reference into
~
:ti
~ this judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms of
~ the agreement. -

- 3. CUSTODY. Pursuant to the terms of the separation and
property settlement agreement, the wife, JUDITH BARNETT McLEtJDON,
shall have the custody and control of the minor child of the parties,
~ SUSAN MICHELLE McLENDON, age 11. The husband shall have reasonable ~
