O'STEEN, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 19th day of July, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds , and determines: this Court has juri.sdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; ~nd that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon . ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: . l. The marriage between HOWARD L. O'STEEN, JR. and ALEXA S. O'STEEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and i each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obl~gations arising ~ f therefrom. 4 i ` 2. The Court determines the sum of $400 to be reasonable y far the Wife's attorney for his services herein and HOWARD L. O'STEEN, n ~ ~ .7R. is ordered to pay Errol S. Willes, Esquire, said sum together with ~ ~ costs herein assessed at $38.50. ~ 3.
