PARTIAL RELEASE OF MQRTGAGE
RUSSELL R. SEAL, JR., the holder of the mortgage executed by
HAZEN KREIS and ROBERT A. EPPERSON, dated December 31, 1975, and
recorded in Official Records Book 251, Page 310, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and
valuable considerations, hereby on this ~~ay of July, 1979, releases from
the lien of that mortgage the real property in that county described as: ~
Unit Weeks S, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 45, 96, 47 and 48,
in Cdndominium A-1, consisting of Apartment Numbered
A-1, respectively, and its undivided share of the common
elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums II as such is des-
cribed in the Master Form Deed as recorded in Official
Records Book 287, Page 2712, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the pro-
